通常我们在使用Spring Boot的时候都是去继续spring-boo-starter-parent POM，有时候我们有自己的父类需要继续，不想直接继续，则需要自己声明所有的Maven配置。

在POM.xml的配置中我们需要做如下的配置：

这样的配置不允许您使用属性覆盖单个依赖项。同时在添加这样的配置之后，还是需要在依赖关系中添加spring-boot-starter-web依赖。
